Exo Aminos does not provide medical, pharmaceutical, legal, or regulatory advice. All content is provided strictly for educational and laboratory research reference purposes only.

Processing Time: Orders require processing prior to shipment. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and is not included in advertised shipping speeds.

Expedited Shipping: “2-Day,” “Overnight,” and “Express” shipping reflect carrier transit time only after shipment and are not delivery guarantees.

Carrier Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, holidays, customs inspections, routing errors, or carrier service disruptions.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Insurance Requirement: Shipping insurance is optional but strongly recommended. If shipping insurance is NOT purchased, Exo Aminos is NOT responsible for lost, delayed, seized, confiscated, or destroyed packages and WILL NOT reship or refund any uninsured orders for any reason.

All sales are final. Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our research products, Exo Aminos does not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or reshipments under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with a product, shipping delays, carrier issues, customs or regulatory seizures, loss in transit, improper handling or storage, misuse, or inability to use the purchased products for any reason. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and assume all associated risks.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a violation of these Terms. Exo Aminos reserves the right to:

• Permanently ban customers
• Submit dispute evidence
• Recover all funds, fees, and damages
• Cancel current and future orders
• Report fraudulent disputes to payment processors

Exo Aminos' total liability shall never exceed the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Exo Aminos, its owners, affiliates, employees, and suppliers from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and legal fees arising from your purchase, possession, or use of any product.

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of California. You waive all rights to class actions, jury trials, and court litigation.
